1. Potential seller information or a lead submitted by an entrant must reside in the greater Hermanus (WC) area to qualify.
2. Entrants who submit a known lead will get 1 point.
3. Entrants who submit a new lead will get 3 points.
4. Entrants who submit a new lead converted by Seeff Hermanus into a Sole Mandate will get 5 points.
5. Entrant number of points count as number of eligible entries per person. Individual entrants can make as many valid entries as allowed.
6. Competition ends 31st December 2022.
7. The winner will be announced by 1st week of January 2023 & contacted via provided details.
8. Entrants who fail to provide adequate & valid contact information may be disqualified.
9. All entrants are subject to the Terms & Conditions as outlined above.
10. Seeff Hermanus reserves the right to remove all listing information for potential sellers based on the POPI Act.
11. Competition is not open to employees and their immediate families, and agencies working within Seeff Hermanus.
12. Entrant & Seller information submitted, agree to receive future marketing outreach.
